Can anyone tell me why I am suddenly unable to get any movie channels or most other stations on my 4700? My 2 other units (2700's) seem to be working normally. All that is available is PPV or locals.
I had the same problem...called Dish they informed me that there was a software upgrade. They said run the switch test which fixed the problem. Same effect as turning off the reciever.
