Have you played around with your receiver, changed a lot of settings, and are now wishing you could undo everything? Then visit Echostar Receiver Reset Procedure or follow the instructions below:
 

1. Turn on the receiver
2. On the remote, press MENU then 6 and then 1
3. On the remote, press the following sequence: INFO then BROWSE then THEME
4. Press the TV/VIDEO button, and then the ird's Front power button
5. Now your receiver is RESET to Factory defaults.

Is there any way to clear out the programming on a 3700 series remote control? I tried to program the AUX button to work a stereo receiver (which didn't work) and now I can't get it to clear the attempt out so that the AUX button will work the TV power switch again.

Program the Aux key with code #222. That clears it.
