I think when I went to cancel, the option showed up to switch to monthly. If not, I do have the option to continue my account on a monthly basis now after canceling several weeks ago.

It is free with a 24 month committment. Otherwise, I think it was $59.95. Early termination is $10 a month. I am in my 4th month of an 18 month committment and was planning on just extending the committment. However, after this experience, I plan on paying the money.

I had the same problem earlier today. It took several threats before they would cut my locals back on. I had to cancel my install to get my locals back. The last CSR was going to try to re-schedule the install, but I will wait until Monday to call back.

I am pleased with my Vizio P50HDM. It is definitely worth the money. I would buy it again. I believe it costs less than $2000 now at Sam's Club with a tuner. Mine does not have a tuner.

L365. I think I temporarily lost my HDMI connection when the receiver updated to L365. I am not sure, though. I believe I had L363 a couple of days earlier. I do not keep up with software numbers, so these numbers could be wrong.
