....I pause and go ah ah ah well its not here. They kinda get mad/concered and and say well I was told I would be able to get 3ABN with my package. I'm like yeah you can sorta but you have to have another dish for 61.5. Anyway they were nice I was nice I told them I would call, my office I did and the girl said oh yeah I remember them they asked about that channel. She was sorta mad at me asking well why are they not getting it......to make a long story short I went back out in a couple of days and set them a 61.5 dish no charge to customer. Customer was happy. I however used a DPP LNB on a DISH 500 so added the 61.5 DP Twin to the in port and was done. In the Opps case maybe he should insist on 3ABN, but since it is considered a Public Interest Channel just depends on who he talks to.
