hd channels wont work

I had the same issue almost. See my other thread. But the HD wouldn't show up even with great signal strength.
After doing everything DirecTV asked me to do, they had to come out and replace my HR21-700 HD DVR.

Please identify your dish type, whether you use another multiswitch, what receiver models and lastly your signal strengths?
