Big Shake-up to Happen on 99w and 101w C-band

As of 7AM I was getting MeTV and Fox out of Missouri on 99W C-Band, but the weather turned the channels all pixel looking so I couldn't see anything; but figured it was still there. Latin Alternative was still on and Telemista or however you spell it had color bars.

This doesn't make sense now I am getting 7 to 8 percent quality which I had 72 quality before 8am.

Storefront channels.still up WPRU WVGN WVXF WSJP and WSJX strange that the new WORA ABC 5 in Puerto Rico is using WPRU ABC Feed

ABC is gone from the PR/VI. A second This TV channel is showing on his place. The ABC feed along with LiveWell Net still showing in 4140

I am receiving the following, as of about 2:30 PM EDST, with Q somewhat lower than normal, due to heavy overcast and rain today in this area. Picture quality is OK, with no problems in reception.
On 99W
3845 H 15030 MUX, same as before except with ThisTV instead of LiveWell Net and instead of WPRU-ABC.
3776 H 3255 KCWY Signal OK
3720 H 8703 KBRK-FOX & -METV Signal OK
4080 H 27780 MYTV No Signal
3928 H 3125 Televisa Monterrey Signal OK
And ABC feeds are OK.
On 101W
3960 V 2734 MOVIES! & This TV Both OK
3974 V 5924 METV2 - Color Bars - Signal OK
METV1 - Program - Signal OK

maybe it has to do with the undersized dish you are using

I'd like to thank Titanium Brian and this forum - If it wasn't for having a good heads up we'd all be outside pulling our stuff apart figuring out how we lost a bunch of channels.

So far, so good.
Movies, ME, and H&I are coming in for me just like always. And it is after midnight Eastern time.. . although not quite November 2 at their headquarters in Chicago.

I sure hope that it stays this way. I'd gladly trade all my thousand other FTA channels for these three.

Last I knew (again 2 years ago) that was a feed for the 2 hours of My Network (both East and West) and a feed for syndicated programing so it isnt up 24/7

Well, there it is. MeTV (and MeTV2) is gone from 101 now.

Bye bye my friend. Now I have to watch you on SUCKY KBMT 12.4....
The bit rate is sooooooooooooooo low that it's not watchable.

(Heros and Movies! are still there. For now.)

What are you talking about? I'm watching Adam-12 LIVE on Metv on 101w right now this minute!

Well that's weird. I can get Heros and Movies (and one called THINK) but MeTV and MeTV2 are telling me "No or Bad Signal"..

Also, all the religious channels are coming in fine.

Even my fancy meter is telling me there is no signal on the transponder, 3973 V 5923 3/4

Try rescanning it, because it is for sure up and running now with Ironside on at the moment. Not my favorite Raymond Burr series, but I LOVE Perry Mason!

P.S. On my system, I show it at: 3975/V/5924 V356/ A 358(Dolby D)/ P 356 FEC 5/6

Did you get it back Dee Ann? If not, I don't know if your using a switch of some kind, but if you are, your switch could have just died on you. That happened to me recently, one day I was watching NHK World, and the next day I wasn't while getting other channels just fine. It took me a few weeks of figuring it out the hard way and getting a new Heavy Duty switch installed in place of the cheap one I bought. I would suggest that and see if it helps.

No. Not likely a switch. Everything else comes in. But I just don't care anymore. I'm done with it.
