Who got contacted from Dirt on a new Hopper 3

By 2 PM I had the install scheduled. Most of this time was in my court. Responses to my questions came within 5 minutes after each one.

I'll echo this praise. I was #69, and ChrisS contacted me right before he got in touch with kwindrem. I wasn't home at the time, but we got the upgrade in the works when I was able to reply around 7:45pm CT. Several PMs later, and my upgrade is scheduled for Monday afternoon. In the meantime, I'll be moving programs to the EHDs and trying to get thru the PTAT stuff that's too recent to be moved.

My thanks to Chris, and Scott, too! Having DIRT to make this so easy is wonderful!

I was #63 on the list. ErikaP liked my post but never contacted me. After waiting most of the day I finally took matters into my own hands and contacted Dish via chat on their website. I was offered a Hopper 3 and 4 Joeys for an upgrade fee of $250. I declined and noted that I have been a customer since 1997 with AEP and I felt that I really should qualify for a free upgrade. They ended up giving me the upgrade for free and free installation. I am scheduled to get it installed on Tuesday afternoon.

I was #139 on the list and Andrea B. has me set up for a Monday morning H3 & 4K Joey install! Now I can run my errands!

Well its now more than 3 hours waiting. I called and ordered a H3, 1 4K Joey and 2 Joey 2s. Total cost $52.85 ( had to pay the tax man).They offered an install this afternoon. I made it tomorrow afternoon to give me time to download my recordings to EHDs. When LailaS responds I will fill her in on my less than 2 minute call to get my order done.

Are they requiring the PP for all installs or is it being waived?

mine shows as "liked" but I've not heard back from my reply hours ago, & most from morning shift will be going home soon.

Note - finally heard back, I'm waiting for now since upgrade cost wasn't what I wanted.

i was pm yesterday the only problem we have is we need get in touch with my stepdad credit card company and get that situated then we have to contact dish. we have to get them a new credit card number.credit card not on file.
 
I'm 219 and it looks like 212 - 220 weren't liked abut then up to 300 is. Are they jumping around or did they just miss that page? I didn't look to see if there were any other groups in the first 300 that were skipped.
