I don't believe so. Look in post#59 for the current list of DIRT team members.

This may also have been a contributor to unanswered PMs...turnover.
 
We have had some additional priorities and responsibilities given to us over the last few months, so we have not always been attentive as we were to this site. We are still here though and ready to help, and we will do our best to make sure we have someone logged in during our business hours going forward.

I am concerned about pm's going unanswered, so if this is happening, going forward, please pm me on who you did pm, along with when you pm'd them, so I can investigate and address any issues. With that said below is an updated schedule. Please bear with us as we are training new agents on how to properly use forums, and the type of etiquette and responses that are required in forums. We have some newer people as well that we will ask to be added as DIRT members here in the near future. All times listed are mountain time.

PM them. If you see one of them logged in, (their name will show in red on the left under "helpers online") send them a private message.
 
I believe the "helpers online" will be on the right side of the home page for this site.
My bad, it is according to how you have your page set up. For me I have it on the left side....so just look in the "helpers online" for them . :)

Mike H is still on the team. He is off Friday and Saturday though so the earliest you would hear from him is Sunday. If you need immediate assistance you can pm one of my other agents that are here today.

Oops, my bad. In looking at the list for "Mike H" I completely glossed over "Michael H"

Between that and chat is makes getting things done hassle free. I hate when you have to call in for something small, and then get the hard sell on the phone about things you don't want.
 
Anyone know when Sam H is due back on the clock?

I was out all day yesterday when he pm'd, and it appears he is the man with the plan on my H3 upgrade ;)
 
Although I am not on the list because I am not interested in a new contract, I am impressed with the fact the DiRT was able to go through the entire list already, and that people were able to get their upgrades installed over the weekend and some even on the same day. it looks like DiRT is back with a bang.

I had the same experience, so I just used Dish chat to do the upgrade. It was easy and painless. A number of people here have recommended doing the same. I got a PM from Sam H later in the day acknowledging that I had set it up that way. Looking forward to the install on Wednesday.
 
Hi, we bought a new 4k tv, and are wondering if we need to upgrade our hopper for the tv. the reason i ask is my sister bought a 4k a month or so ago and they were told they could upgrade their hopper for free to one that works better for 4k? with a 2yr commitment.
 
No, you don't NEED to. If Dish will give you a Hopper 3 for free, you can if you want to.
