Joey via ethernet?

Do the newer Joeys work via ethernet? I used to run my original Hopper & Joey setup over ethernet, even if it wasn't "supported". I was wondering if this was still possible with the Hopper 3 and Joey 2.0 and 4k.

Agree with HIFI. I have a wireless Joey that I don't use all the time and don't want to keep having to remember to turn the access point on when using. So I have the ethernet connected directly and no WAP. Works like a champ for me.
