Been noticing my TV has been on every morning recently even though we put FireTV in sleep mode at night and turn TV off. Looks like FireTv is waking at night and this turns TV on. Anyone else seeing this? I guess the only fix will be disconnecting HDMI TV input at night.

Sony last years 930d model. Firetv can turn TV's on it wakes the hdmi input which I've allowed to do because its convenient. But I don't want it doing it after I put into sleep mode at night. So its coming out of sleep mode probably updating something.
This has me thinking if I don't put it into sleep mode and just turn TV off it won't wake the TV possibly. But then its using data at night.

Fire TV has HDMI-CEC enabled. Turn it off, and this problem goes away. Or, turn it off on your tv set. On my LG, it's called: "SIMPLINK". I turned mine off years ago for reasons like this.
