No longer receive notifications of any kind on the IOS SatelliteGuys app. The last notification received was on April 12. Have logged out/in and reinstalled the app. Yes, all notifications are turned on in the settings.

Unfortunately nothing we control. I am still getting notifications (but they are around 5 minutes behind from when they are posted.)

Heads up... there is an update available for our software on this side for Tapatalk / The SatelliteGuys app.

When I googled Tapatalk Notifications Not Working, i found a bunch of stuff about it. Over the years that seems to be a very unreliable feature. It seems that things like reinstalling the app never made a difference. It is always their fault, because with whatever's they're playing with again, they manage to screw this up.

Yup and it's frustrating for a forum owner (me) to not be able to support my members because they are screwing with things in their end that I can not control.
Btw I did. It get to install the update today. I was getting ready to then all hell broke out at the office so I was busy putting out those fires all day.

I sometimes don't even get the email notifications either. I have to turn them back on almost daily.

I haven't been getting any notifications in Tapatalk now either. The tv shows forums isn't showing up new posts in unread posts either, but it's doing that on the web browser too
I have the AC Forums app installed on my LG G6 and it is based in Tapatalk like the Satelliteguys Reader and I get push notifications there. So it must be something with the Satelliteguys server or something.
I think I am going to remove Tapatalk support in the future. Too many complaints about it and their support sucks.so why waste money on it each month.

I just don't understand why the notifications work on the AC Forums app, but not on the Satelliteguys Reader. It is the same app.
I'll have to adjust. Probably go to Chrome on my iPhone. The Tapatalk app itself just confuses things with posts from too many sites intermingled. IIRC.
