Got the all new XFINITY Mobile cell service last month. Uses Verizon towers. Here in North Georgia, very reliable. I chose the by the Gig plan at $12.00. Got new phone as well. First bill arrived. $10.20, as I'm on Wi-Fi mostly. The catch is you use your Comcast internet for your in home Wi-Fi, but being in the XFINITY footprint, it connects automatically with hotspots, and at least on my phone I can control wireless data, set up alerts when or if I get close to reaching my monthly allowed network data. At this point, phone support is impossible, hours of wait time, but you can text or instant message them. Several built in apps for their service. I wasn't sure about it at first but free 2 day shipping of phone, 30 days to return if not happy, and they are very quick & responsive to any questions or concerns. When my bill was ready, I received an email with an easy to read statement. App on phone updates billing and data info approx every 20 mins. My phone is $7.50 per month, taxes, fees, and as I didn't even hse my monthly data off of Wi-Fi that is why my bill was $10.20. You may switch back and forth at will each month between the $45.00 plan or the $12.00 by the Gig plan with no penalty. Works for me. Just wanted to provide feedback. Andy
