I wouldn't expect more tuners when and if a Hopper 4 comes out, the big change I would expect to see is the box running on some kind of Android platform, so that was you can get all the apps you want and it will better interface with things.
Saves development cost, tooling, etc - just re-use existing enclosures when practical.

Maybe not - Microsoft has been working on a lot of Linux-related stuff so that ties in with Scott's post above about Android being tied in.
