I am saddened to report that Bob Haller passed away unexpectedly yesterday at his home in Pittsburgh, PA. Bob was 61.

SatelliteGuys would have never been started if it was not for Bob.
He was being a pain in the ass there posting the same thing over and over again and I had enough in the DBStalk staff area.
While I had no plans to ban him I was just venting Chris instead banned me from DBStalk.
Thus causing me to go on my own and create SatelliteGuys.
What was funny was he left DBStalk and followed me here and has been here ever since.
After that it took me a long time to “get” Bob. But after that I understood and starting liking Bob.
We chatted a few times.
One year for April Fools Day i pissed off most of satelliteguys by posting Bob was made an admin. He loved that joke.
Bob was very active in the Pit. In his memory I have renamed "The Pit" to "Bob's Political Pit"
