THE most entertaining night radio host - or just anytime - that ever was. You can choose to believe his guests or not either way many times it was must hear radio.
This clip was talked about for months by others as one of the most "Artful" stunts since War of the Worlds. Though the network did confirm they did suffer a satellite outage and really did have to go to the back-up system, adding to the legend.
CCrane radio company literally made radio's with the best AM reception you could buy largely because of Art Bell and their affiliation. (Still do make them)
