I know someone here knows how the streaming differs from satellite feed...does it defeat the purpose of moving? what is the source of "local" channels ... ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX?

Thanks!

It’s based on IP address unless the device has GPS. A roku or amazon fire stick will grant home locals access based on the billing address if the IP address matches a set of parameters. If it does not meet the parameters no live locals will be available, only on demand.

A tablet or smartphone will enable the available locals based on GPS location.
