My wife is Japanese. She is really a big fan for soccer. Next month is her birthday. I hope to find one awesome app to watch the Japanese TV broadcast of the 2018 World Cup and make it as her birthday gift. We are now in USA. Any suggestions?

TV Tokyo?I don't know, is it a Japanese live TV service?
It's a station in Japan, they tend to stream some of their stuff on the web.

I haven't really followed them since I lived there, so I haven't looked at their app, but I remember seeing it in the apple store.

Here's a link I came across, might be worth checking out.

TV Tokyo is listed as one of the Japanese networks authorized to broadcast the FIFA World Cup, but there are also other Japanese networks authorized for that, And some of them do stream live.

Here comes 2018 FIFA World Cup! Ganbate, Japan. :) Kick into the first 16 teams and get a good place in games. :) I watch the world cup with Japanese online here: fujitv.live

I watched the game yesterday (Belgium vs Japan) great game.

Japan was winning 2-0 and Belgium came back, it was unbeliavable that Belgium scored their winning goal with only 15 seconds left.

Congrats to the Japanese team, though I think they had a good perforrmance in thiw World Cup.:)
