What is your current phone?

Samsung Note 5 on AT&T.
It's an awesome phone and I can't complain about the service.
Billing, on the other hand, is quite an issue. I had the "integrated billing" because I bought this when I had DirecTv.
What a friggin nightmare.

iPhone 6 Plus for personal use.
Samsung Galaxy S4 for Work ( Company Phone , brand new due to S 3 taking a dump )

iPhone I like better as I am an apple fan boy, and can repair the screen and change battery for cheap due to my work .
The S4 is great work phone and has a lot of neat features as well. The graphics are nice when I'm waiting on a customer and browsing YouTube or playing a Clash of Clans.

Having an Apple Logo tattoo paid off at the Apple Store ;)

I hear good things about the Pixel 2, mostly about the camera. Congrats!

I just wish my friend with the Samsung Galaxy S III would get a new AT&T nano SIM for the Galaxy S6 he bought earlier this year. He keeps on complaining about how horrible the S3 is, won't stay charged, crashes randomly, (insert other five-year old phone woes here). I guess he thought it would be an easy SIM swap and he gets no sympathy from me for not spending money to have AT&T issue a new SIM. Besides, if he gets a nanoSIM, a whole new world opens up for him, phone-wise. All these Moto G phones are nice, but he's spoiled by the OLED on the S3. I think the LCD screens are good enough, especially for him.

Still rocking my S7 edge on Sprint.
The S7 added the
MagneticStripEmulator
for credit cards via
SamsungPay.
This MSE can be used with
ANY mag-strip creditcard reader.
and only has the MSE 'on' when in active use.

this is not NearFieldCommunication
Used by android/apple pay.
So I don't worry so much about nearby devices hacking NFC on my phone.

Samsung owns this MSE tech,
they bought in inventor company,
So only samsung phones have this built in.

Asude from marginal 'speed/volume' memory improvement.
The next FUNCTIONAL change will be 5G.

When 5G is up and running,
it'll be time to upgrade.

PS,
also,
we have/use HotSpot hack for our
Tablets/laptops for travel.

iPhone 8, 64 GB, in Product (RED). I like my fingerprint Biometrics, not crazy about the Face ID.

Been rockin the sam gs7 as the 8,9,10 have not made significant generational improvement.

The Samsung Galaxy s20+ and ultra (gs20 base not so much)
Have ALL the 5g radios for ALL the US 5g frequencies across ALL of the US carriers.

I believe this makes it the next significant generational phone.
At least for Samsung.

I'll be looking hard at the gs20+.

Samsung S10 ...
Had no need for me to get the 5G version as I don't see 5 G being up and running bug free till the next generation is out.
Why waste the money for a 5G unit when its not currently available.

I got screwed by Sprint back in the day when the 4G was to be coming out, Sprint started charging customers $10 per month addl. IN CASE you happened to pass thru an area that had 4g .. there was like 4 cities in the country at the time.

We had to pay, incase .... That lasted a few years till I eventually left them.
