800 they moved I heart radio to 799 and put them on 800 you can pick the music channels from there and it will show you the music choice graphics everyone was wanting when selecting them that way and you select the video channels with this method as well
For me that happens for a brief moment and then it starts playing the last mc video channel I was watching along with menus for all of the mc channels
. Try leaving it on 800 for few seconds to a minute but probably few seconds and it will go to videos and here it is on my Genie 2
Mine is an hr44 but we have had the country video channel on a long part of the day and enjoyed it
According to the info on page 800, there are 84 music channels and 25 music video channels, so it must depend upon which channel you are tuned to. On my HR24 it said I have older equipment, so it must only work on the Genies. Edit: It doesn't work on my HR44 either. Maybe it's only the HS17.

hit right arrow to launch tv apps then select music choice works on my hr-44 but not on my hr-24
I got to figure a way to reset my box. Did clearmybox and clearmybox2 and none of the interactive stuff works even though the internet tests show it being fine. (It’s a HR 54)

For me, this new MC service on ch. 800 worked for the first time initially on my HR54, but since has been a wipe-out.
Where it loads briefly after sitting for about a minute on the DIRECTV graphic. But then quickly reverts back to the graphic after about 1 sec., and just continually repeats this same useless cycling.

When I try to access it that way through the app., really same result.
Tries to load, then quickly crashes with the message
"TV apps currently unavailable. Please try again later(2)"

I'll never have a genie. I'm not paying for recording equipment when I have my own that does it for free. Not to mention I hate the whole master/slave system idea, if the master quits everything is down until it's replaced.
Finally had time to get a capture. Turns out I didn't leave it on long enough before for this message to come up.
