Paying member, but still seeing ads

Hi, guys

Have been a pub supporter since January. Over the past few weeks, I've been seeing ads while logged in. It happened this afternoon while I was sending a conversation to another member. Is this normal?

It wasn't normal but because of site updates you will see one in a conversation. There is more info here.
