The Orion is in use today; smoking up 3 chickens. The Weber is doing duty too, with 3 large pieces of pork. Smells abound. Life is good.

(applied to frozen wings 24 hours ago & let thaw in refrigerator)

Placed on upper & middle racks

Water & liquid from wings in drip pan

Chips, Mixed Apple & Mesquite

Edit: Drip pan, what was in the bag with wings (Sweet Baby Ray's & Rub)
