Just finished this tonight. I thought it was really good. The musical choices in the episodes were great. This would get me to renew again for a 2nd season

Love Ellen Page but watched enough (6) to know I don't want to watch anymore. Not a very sympathetic group of characters.

Bad writing? Bad storylines? Or just unlikable characters?

Curious as this has popped up in my suggested viewing.

I mostly enjoyed this in spite of myself and in spite of inconsistencies (no cell phones or Internet in 2019?), the romanticizing of incest (or at least presenting it in an unquestioning manner), and the unresolved/unanswered questions
nothing actually gets resolved in the finale — after everything that happened, we still don't know how or if the apocalypse can actually be stopped; and why does the organization that The Handler works for have armies of office workers and assassins tasked with making sure things that happened in the past happen like they were supposed to and supposedly already did? Was there another organization going back in time trying to undo past history?
