NCAA Tip-Off Recording is blank

I recorded “NCAA Tip-Off” on channel 540-03 from the Guide. The info shows that it recorded 33 minutes from 5:59-6:32 PM. When I try to play the recording it takes 2 seconds but nothing plays. The watched bar shows that I watched it.
The actual NCAA game is recording starting at 6:29 PM and it appears to be working fine. I can watch it.
Was anyone else able to view the NCAA Tip-Off program? If so, any ideas what happened?

Ive had that happen to me, too. Restarting the Hopper 3 fixed it

I will have to wait till after 11 PM to reboot since I don’t want to disrupt PTAT. What is crazy is that all of the other recordings play correctly.

Yes, it's only an issue with 4k Recordings.

If you start the recording before Dish turns the channel on, the receiver will not pick up the channel, you get a blank screen.

Same thing happened when trying to record part time HD RSN's.

I got to where if I wanted to record an HD RSN, I' do a manual recording starting 1 minute late.
