Were / Are you sharing the same satellite.xml between images? If so, maybe sharing corrupt data?
It's possible between VIX and PUR but PLI came with its own. After behaving for a length of time while running PUR E2, it has started acting up again. It has started a new thing now where I tell it to go to another sat, the image shows that it is moving to another sat and that it has arrived but the motor never moves. I have to power down the Mio and power back up again for it to start working again -

Do you have the option selected in the tuner setup menu to reissue DiSEqC commands? After I added a DiSEqC switch with motors and controller on the other side, I had to enable the DiSEqC command reissue for the motors and controller to reliably respond.

I think I've seen that option in the tuner setup...if so I will try it -

UPDATE - - -

I ran a temporary coax and still had the same problem. I found a source of HH-90 motors in Canada for a VERY good price so I purchased another as it was actually cheaper than buying a USB tuner or Stab mini positioner to reset the motor I had. I have had it in service for over a week and have not had the oscillation issue. So it seems that my old motor indeed had an issue.
