Might find better information regarding this transponder from a satellite forum in your region. This group is based in North America and we are unable to see the 68E satellite.
This beam has a good signal footprint into Ghana and the FEC is very forgiving 3/4 - 8psk. You are very near the edge of the signal horizon. Maybe receiving terrestrial or other interference?
