Brighthouse carried both on the Florida systems for years. I don't think Charter has a contract for them, so they're only available to subscribers with L-BHN packages
And I know it hasn't started yet, but according to Cubs, the new Cubs Network, Marquee Sports Network, will have a national feed.
Ok. Technicalities aside, do you really think ATTRM is showing up for all Dish subscribers because it's a national feed?

My only question at this point is... didn't the Cubs learn from the Dodgers and Sportsnet LA? Just curious...
The Cubs are a bigger name and can probably get more support for the RSN. Look they all want to go the Yankees model and own their own network. Very few teams have the power to do it though. The Dodgers asked way to much for carriage and they don't have nearly the fan base of the Cubs.
that's interesting cuz up here in Idaho it's nothing but Dodger fanatics all over the town so I would assume they have a large fan base then again we're getting a lot of Californians up here...lol

Exactly, really feel bad for the fanbase that has to go without watching them due to the Sportsnet LA situation, hopefully the Cubs don't go the same route.
The Dodger situation is nothing like the Cubs. The primary cable bandit in LA, now called Spectrum (what an industry cable is, changing it name every few years to get away from the bad reputation the previous name built up) massively overbid and having no leveage to get on other systems, the other cable bandits and the DBS providers happily watch it bleed money. Sinclair has no such issues, as it can bundle carrying the Cubs channel (and all of its RSNs) in with the retrans rights to its vast (and illegal) chain of OTA stations.
Of course, if baseball still had a real Commissioner, he would use the "best interests of Baseball" clause to void the Dodgers' deal, price a new deal at a reasonable price, and get the team on every system it its claimed area.
