Does anyone know how to fix this

Unable to initialize the outdoor unit live TV will be unavailable until the outdoor unit can be intialized

Number is 1523

Need help please

What "outdoor unit"? Where do you see this error?

Has anyone gotten this error on hopper 3

That error means that the Hopper isn't seeing the LNB or switch. Check all your connections and make sure they're good and tight.

Check to make sure port 1 on the lnbf is connected to the hub odu port. Port 2 is disabled when using a Hopper 3 to my knowledge and can cause this error if the hub odu port is connected to port 2 on the lnbf.
