I just tried to login to my.dish.com and was not successful on the first two attempts. The third attempt was successful.

Sent from my iPhone using SatelliteGuys

But even on third try could you actually get to your account, like programming etc or just sign in. They seem to be having major problems with site I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet. Unless it is an external problem.

I wish there were options to turn likes into laughs. Many posts here would get them from me. I know the same day when Comcast had its East Coast and Midwest outage, smaller cell providers, such as Metro PC, were out in my area. All credit card sales were down as well. Not that the Comcast and MyDish are related, but could it be simular.

Looks like the javascript that is supposed to run on the login page isn't getting properly referenced, or it is empty:

Code:
<!DOCTYPE html>

<html lang="en">
<head>
<meta name="description" content="View and pay your bill, change your programming, keep your personal info up to date, and more with a mydish.com online account." />
<script type="text/javascript" src="/ruxitagentjs_ICA27SVfgjqrux_10171190801163814.js" data-dtconfig="app=85d7c9ead762e6f1|srms=1,1,,,|uxrgcm=100,25,300,3;100,25,300,3|featureHash=ICA27SVfgjqrux|lastModification=1565122674490|srsr=25000|dtVersion=10171190801163814|tp=500,50,0,1|rdnt=1|uxrgce=1|uxdcw=1500|agentUri=/ruxitagentjs_ICA27SVfgjqrux_10171190801163814.js|reportUrl=/rb_2bda16b5-ee0f-46d6-a5c1-8d97586f3e6c|rid=RID_1609202322|rpid=-670524621|domain=dish.com"></script><script language ="javascript">
        var formToSubmit = null;
        var staticContentPath = "/customercaresc/105";
        var exoverlay ="";
        var displayOverlays = "";
        var commercialPubpvtAccount  = false;
        var telcoAccount  = false;
        var residentialAccount  = false;
        var customeremail = null;

        var emailErrorMessage = 'X &nbsp;&nbsp;Valid email address';
</script>

I suspect this is either intentional, as in they are in maintenance mode, and this prevents logins, or it is what is broken, and they just haven't figured out why or fixed it yet.

No it isn't all fixed yet. I did get further to picking programming but can't get to the programming page for instance. So if someone was able to get to all functions it must have been temporary. Because now I can't even sign in again.

Still no go for me. Daughter at her house can not get in either. It's now been something like 8+ hours.

Hey there, Tampa8. If you are still having trouble logging into your MyDish account, this is absolutely something we would want to investigate with you. Make sure you have cleared your cache and cookies before trying to log in again. -- Sam F

Thanks or reaching out. The site has had problems for about 24 hours now, many have posted it. At time is works for a very short time or to just sign in and nothing else. At this very moment it is working so it may be fixed?

Hopefully it is fixed but if you notice further issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We would want to take a look at your setup with you to see what could be causing this to happen so frequently. -- Sam F
