To the best of my knowledge, the Google Assistant on my Hopper 3 is connected to my home wi-fi. But somehow, it doesn't know where the device is actually located (Rochester, MN), and still thinks I am at my "moved" address (North Mankato, MN). Wouldn't my home wi-fi help the Google Assistant help detect where I am actually at?

This is interesting.
Have you gone to hopper settings, internet , network and looked at your primary dns address.

Google it for " where is my ip " and it provide the location.

I tried that. Google Assistant states, "I need permission before I can use your personal information for anything" then tells me to change the settings on my Google Assistant app on my phone. I'm afraid to do that, for I think that would affect my "moved" address and I also think that's the reason it thinks I'm at my "moved" address as of now.
