mocha issue???

seemingly every night my 2 HWS loose the ability to see each others dvr recordings.
Is this a mocha issue?
When I check the mocha summary, it shows 1 green arrow & 1 that is reddish/orange in color.
It also does not show the 2nd HWS as being linked, even though the mocha strength is shown as strong
I have bridging on in the main unit, the 2nd does not.
A reboot of the main unit does nothing to resolve the situation, but rebooting the 2nd unit clears up the problem.
This issue started the last couple of weeks.

I was going to down the same path as these first responders but decided that the OP has a valid issue and would like an answer. I know there are some folks here that will pop in with answers that mean something.

This does sound like there could be an issue with the MoCA cabling between the two Hoppers if the second Hopper needs to be rebooted for the issue to clear up. Does the 2nd Hopper show any other error messages or codes before/after rebooting it to get the recordings to show up on the 1st Hopper? -Jasmine D.

No error messages
No cabling between hws

Thanks for clearing that up for us, bnewt. Sometimes the coax cables that goes from the back of the Hopper to the wall connection can become loose, and when this happens the MoCA network can become weak. Have you already checked if these cables are securely fastened to the wall and back of the Hoppers? -Caleb S
