Our ABC and NBC stations are not O&A, so they don't block auto hop to begin with..
OTA bypasses CBS AutoHop delay

Because my DMA has four CBS channels and the one I get OTA is not the one DISH carries and FOX moved to sharing the NBCs RF channel several years ago and DISH never updated the guide.
Been saying that for years. Finally went with a Tablo ota 4 tuner dvr the summer before the last and now have my own version of Prime Time Anytime. I get full guide data on all channels including sub channels and I also get commercials skipped automatically on all recorded shows except news events and sports. Bought lifetime membership and now it cost me nothing to record any network shows including the Cw.
Yes I have a regular eastern arc dish for my Wally and it feeds into a terk 44 ota antenna so you can use one coax and diplex the signal into the house for both satellite and ota. The Wally powers the amplified antenna. I feed the one coax into a splitter and it feeds all my other ota needs. The Tablo is hooked into my router and I can use the Tablo app over my Roku or my Firestick or my I pad or phone to watch the recordings or live tv with guide information. It works inside or out of the house.
I am fixing to add another eastern arc sat dish for the hybrid lnb and add the hopper 3 back. My old sat dish rusted out and broke off at the ground after 15 years and two major floods in the last 2 years. My wife is squawking that she can't record all her damn decorating and ghost shows. She wants to be able to pause in the living room and watch it in the bedroom. So I will add the new dish this weekend and set up my old hopper 3 again. Just have to dig the hole again, quickrete the pole and wait an hour, then re add the sat dish and aim and peak it and run the new coax I have to the switch and then add it back on my account of course. So you see what my Saturday will be like. I might turn off the Wally once a week goes by and she watches everything on the Wally . So soon I will be back to paying $22.00 a month to use the hopper and a 4k joey in the bedroom. But she will be happy and her mouth will be quiet and then I will be happy. I guess its worth the $22.00 for peace and harmony in the household.

Bad News! Last two CBS recordings over last two nights did NOT have auto-hop.
WOW, really sad. I noticed yesterday that all three CBS and one FOX recordings had no AutoHop. I forgot to set timers last nite to test it. But, if it has happened to you the last two days I would say it doesn't look good. I regret now posting anything about the next day AutoHop. Sorry fellow SatGuys members. This really sucks. Madam Secretary and FBI had it (Sunday and Monday), Seal Team and Evil did not (Wed and Thurs). We'll see what happens with Blue Bloods tonight.
