Also, as streaming becomes more expensive and people realize that it's not all it's cracked up to be then traditional subs for satellite and cable might actually bump up a little.

I also suspect that a decent number of Americans will decide that streaming basically sucks compared to their DVR's as the streaming prices go up and up among other things.

Count me as a customer who will not drop Dish. I am disappointed that I lost the ability to see my Indians and Bengals when Dish lost Fox Sports Ohio and Fox Sports Cincinnati. I have Apple TV, Roku 4, Amazon 4K Firestick, and Google Chromecast. I have Spectrum Internet with no datacaps and speed of 100 Mbps. I even own a Recast TV.

My two Hopper3 receivers are so much better and much easier to use than any of my streaming devices. I realize that I am paying more for the privilege of having the superior Hopper3. I also have 3 external hard drives full of Dish content.
Both of my sons use Dish Anywhere to watch content on my Hopper3 receivers. So count me as a loyal Dish customer. I am happy that Dish was able to get the BTN back before I missed any OSU Buckeye football.
