OTA Tuner Not Working

My Hopper3 is not recognizing the OTA tuner (older single tuner). I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in as well as using a different USB port. Did a reset and also unplugged the Hopper for +10 seconds. Is my OTA tuner dead?

Probably dead... You might want to make sure that the USB port you plugged it into is OK, try another port.

Yeah, tried the front USB but that didn’t work either.
