Most of the projections I've seen has only 3 at-large bids for the mid-majors (two for Mountain West and one for A-10). I would be shocked if the Big East/ACC doesn't get AT LEAST 14 out of the remaining 31 at-large bids. That leaves 17 at-large bids for the other four majors. Of course...
