    just got my upgraded dish installed to prevent the rain fade. I also had one box swapped out..it is downloading now. Will the voom picture come back automatically when the download is finished? All i have now is a green screen! Is this normal? I was also supposed to get my ota atenna remounted...

    i also removed the diplexor and ran a separate line but still can't get a lock on cbs. i read some threads about a thing called an attenuator, would this thing help? where is it placed? where can i get one?

    why do some get multiswitches provided and some do not? voom will be here tommorow and if i knew that i would need to provide i would have bought one off ebay. i'm sure the installer will have one but it will probably be 2 or 3 times the price. everyone should be treated the same!

    I'm getting voom installed on the 8th and they told me i would be getting a channelmaster. I think they said it would be about a 4ft antenna. Is this a good antenna?
