Received the email today.

It took a couple of months before I received an email acknowledging receipt of the Hopper.

I printed the proof of delivery from UPS to the Dish Warehouse in El Paso. I noticed on the Dish website they have the same tracking number as the new one they sent me. When I reversed the label as instructed, it was a different number. I'm sure it takes the awhile to check them in. I just...

Yes, they both use a UHF remote. Both the Hopper and Joey also have an IR setting to allow IR remotes as well. The Hopper Plus and Joey 4 do not work well with IR though.

It can allow them to capture PPV revenue in cases where cx is unable or unwilling to broadband connect, but has landline. Does hopper, joey use UHF remote?

My mesh system has an isolation mode that you can turn on per device. I use that on all of my IOT stuff. Seems to work well.
