    What's up with Directv?

    Just got done with my youtube tv free trial. I'm sold, I thought it worked pretty well. Switching in couple of months cause my bill is going to go from 92.00 to about 140 bucks plus my genie 2 and hr17 is acting weird when you change channels, it pauses for about 1 minute when changing channels...

    Anyone here have a c-41 owned client for sale? Every time I call DirecTV about one on eBay they always say it's still leased. I'm not paying 200 bucks + contract.

    Just chatted with Directv about getting another genie client for my basement tv. Did you guys have to pay for the unit, plus pay to have it installed? I hooked up the client I have now.

    Coax adapter?

    Just was wondering what kind of adapter the installer used when hooking up my directv hr44 dvr? It's a ac plug in adapter to coax, then Ethernet wire to router. Guess it's so I can stream movies. If I move router can I just plug in the hr44 straight to the router, and get rid of adapter? Thanks

    Genie HD dvr

    Just got my Directv hooked up today after being with Dish for 12 years. I'm liking it. Picture is way better. The one thing I can't figure out is why the heck doesn't this dvr have a optical out? Now I can't use my soundbar cause it only has optical & bluetooth. Kinda sucks

    Anybody ever had this problem?

    After watching a recording, it pauses and if you let it go back to live TV on its own, there is no sound. So I go back in to my DVR taped shows, start any episode, and then push "live TV" button to get the sound back. It only does it on the hopper, not the joey. Any ideas? Thanks

    Has anyone experienced their 922 timers stop recording early? My wife is getting a little upset that she misses the last 10 minutes of every show she records. Maybe I'll have to call Dish. I have it set to go 3 minutes after every show.

    Remote control question..

    Anybody else experiencing this problem? When surfing with the remote, and I get to channel 100 it won't go past it either up or down. It just stops at channel 100. Just wondering.

    Why is it when I watch palladia and a couple of other channels up there on my 1080p tv, why do those HD channels look way more superior to all the other HD channels? Some of my HD channels just plain suck. It seems like espn's quality has gone down alittle to. Just curious.
