    TV2 sees the same as TV1 on a ViP722k reciever

    A friend of mine has a ViP722k receiver and if TV1 was on TV2 would show the same thing. If TV1 was off then TV2 works OK. This started a couple of weeks ago. I checked the settings, TV1 coax is disabled and the channel for TV2 is 73. I made sure the TV was set on channel 73. Any ideas? It...

    Dish Anywhere on iOS10

    When I try to set a recording from the Dish Anywhere app I get the following error Recording Error Your recording for "show title" has not been set. Please try again later. It has worked in the past. I just recently upgraded to iOS10, I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

    Recordings not showing up in the PTAT folder

    Sometimes when I open the PTAT folder the recordings do not show up. The only way I can get them to show up is to open the drop down menu for grouping the recordings. I don't have to change the sort, just open the menu. Thanks
