I called Dish to get the HD only package as the only satellite we can view is 61.5. They quoted me $29.95 for the HD channels plus $9.95 for Voom and I had to buy the receiver for $149. Is there a better deal I should know about?

I'm visiting my folks in NC and they live on the side of a mountain. They are able to receive the 101 satellite. They are not receiving any other satellites. What other satellites pair with 101 to complete their programming package? Are these the same elevation or higher on the horizon?
