    Does this only happen to me. Usually results in not being abLe to go to live tv on that tuner. Requires reset. I will again ask about this one as well on joey. Notice the background, it is live functioning channel. Always requires reset and is usually weekly.

    Sometimes when on the joey I look at the TV activity screen I see 0 of 0 tuners available. I can still watch the current channel but can't change channels. When I check the diagnostic screens it shows the joey linked to the hopper. The fix is always several resets. It will work fine for a week...

    Hopper 3/Joey reboots

    In the last couple weeks, actually since about the time of new software version on 11/22/19, I have had to reboot several times. I turn the channel on joey the screen goes blank then I get the tv activity screen with no tuners showing. Sometimes one reboot sometime two to get things working...

    625 purchase history delet

    I have a 625 DVR and have search a little and not found what I am looking for. Is there a way to delete purchase history or force the unit to update and remove the history. Thanks
