My dad has an HD compatible TV but currently has no HD tuner for the TV. If he subscribes to DISH will their HD receiver provide HD to his TV or has that ship sailed for him? He's had the TV for six or seven years if I remember correctly.

I've noticed that since the "22" new HD channels were added few weeks ago that the SD version of those channels have slowly started to be added to my EPG. Some of them are not available yet. Is there any reason that all of them are not available? I only ask because when I go to channel 100...
