Just heard a promo on HD03 saying that the PBS Newshour will be going to 7 days a week starting September 7th.

Just noticed this today but from what I've found it started the 1st of the month. I hope that Russia Today makes the switch sometime too.

Noticed that March was the last month that I had printed the uplink schedule for American Public Television. Went to the usual location on the website and it now requires a login that apparently is only for "Station, Producer or Press". Maybe they don't want us FTA folks watching their shows...

Anyone else notice this? Some of the programs (just noticed it on Washington Week) are squeezed horizontally so they take up the full vertical dimension but less of the horizontal dimension. Everyone looks really thin :) It's the same on two different systems so I don't think it's anything...

Just noticed that when I went to where the FTA Weather channel was on AMC4 (12060-H 26700 V1210 A1200) now has the History Channel instead. Anyone know if this is just a mixup or if it's going to stay that way for a while? Suits me fine, the Weather channel is pretty boring unless you are...
