    722 skipping to live tv

    My Vip 722 is going ctrazy after about 8 years of solid performance. When I press pause because I need to do something for couple of min and return it skips to live tv right away. Is that a sign of hard drive failing? Should I ask for replacement? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    311-temporary signal lost msg

    My sister got this msg on her 311 reciever temporary signal lost every 2 weeks.Any idea how to fix it?I tried to do a check switch but it doesnt work.It came up with an error msg temporary signal lost ...:confused:
