Did you put the newer LNBF back to the same orientation for H/V as the old one? On the 922, go options, 6, 4, 2 & check the settings for the dish such as the choices for C-band LNB or LNBF, standard or 90* rotation.

The DH dish my friend & I removed we started by spraying all hardware with PB Blaster(O'Reilly Auto.) While waiting for it to penetrate, removed the flat cable. Followed by unbolting the "milk stool" from behind the dish - 3 nuts. You'll have to see for yourself if the "milk stool" is bolted...

True, but for those of us that sub through Hits to Home its a way to fill the screen. Didn't say it was HD. Only upconverted to HDMI. And there are times its fun to record for personal use like the Bond Marathon last month on Encore.;)

I just did a mod of an SWA48 multiswitch. Used a 1/2 W, 560 ohm, 5% tol from Radio Shack: #271-1116, IIRC $1.29/5 pcs. Worked out just fine. :)

Did you find any gain or other info on that spun dish for Ku band?

Set up your diseqc 1.2 postions #s 1-30 for Ku-band HH motor only & #s 31-60 for C-band commands to the V-box. Seemed to work well for both my Pansat 9500 & Ferguson Ariva 100. These are both of the Ali chipset family. Edit: Haven't tried this with the microHD myself yet - C-band dish is on a...
