    I just got the new HR24-100 HD DVR installed about a week and a half ago, but I realize it only records 1 show at a time, not 2. The guy didn't do an extra wire, so it that the problem. I have a HR44 and whole home dvr service. Not sure what the problem is.

    Have a question about signal strength

    I have been having some issues with freezing, but only on a few channels, mainly NFL Network. I went to signal strength and on the 25-32 on the 101, I have a 48-64 on I believe 28. Everyone else is 96-100. I'm not quite sure why.
