I just installed my Hopper 3 and I received the message hard drive error. I unplugged it about 10 times and it is still saying it. Is there anything that can be done without exchanging it? Thanks

I activated my Hopper 3 and I can't activate my joeys. I called multiple times and they are saying my joeys arn't compatible. I also have a Joey2 and they are saying that it is a joey 1.0. How do I activate them?

I turned on my hopper and there is a kangaroo in the bottom right side of my screen, and it doesn't go away. I changed channels and turned off the receiver and it stays.

I just installed my super joey today and I can only record 4 shows at once. It shows 5 tuners but if I record more than 4 shows, the screen just goes black. Do I have to wait for it to update or maybe I installed it wrong? Thanks

When there is a commercial that Dish puts on, it makes the beginning of the show get cut off. It has been doing it for a while now and I keep missing the beginning of the show. It is mostly the budget commercial that cuts the show off the most.
