    tv for streaming (Sling,Hulu.etc.) Internet service from my only provider in my area would be at $89.99 + taxes per month.So add the cost of streaming service I might as well keep cable.Is there a way to do it cheaper? I've been around a long time,but still learning.

    for 1 and 1/2 years.Wasnt allowed to set up a dish.Next month I would like to re-activate my receivers with the cards I got just before I had to shut down. I'm back in my RV again,Do any of you forsee a problem when I call for a re-start? Thanx.

    probably a dumb question,but,can a signal be received thru a sliding glass door with the dish as close to the floor as possible and as close to the glass as possible,with a 3' overhang on a wanai.Just trying to keep my dish.:cool:

    Im a fulltime Rver.I pulled into a campground with a lot of trees and some small breaks to the SW,set up my dish and no pic,couldnt adjust because of tree limbs.Called dish and put on "pause".Went searching for a hole in trees,bought another 75' of RG6,got all excited,called dish to activate...

    The way I read on the forum-If Im top 180-take my spare dish and point it at 61.5 sat(166 az) and run a cable and watch the Pent chan?I have a 500 in use and a spare dually. :cool:

    I am eating it now.I cant afford a new rcvr for my dish 500.It is a 300 series and screwing up constantly.(1997 model).Dealers want $120.Is there a way to get one at a reduced price or some kind of a deal with the network? thanx,tripod
