I want to upgrade to a 622 and keep my 942 as second receiver which I own. The 62 would be leased and I'm thinking of going with Platinum HD Pac. What's the best deal going right now and what fees might be waived in this situation?

What a bunch of s**t!!!!!!! I sold my home and the 942 went with it. Now I call DishNetwork up and CSR tells me that they guy can't get HD programming,,,,that they don't sell that package anymore. I said "you mean to tell me that a receiver I bought a year ago for over $700 is now a worthless...

I find the guide very difficult to see on my 34" 16:9 HDTV. Anyone else have that problem? I sit about 10-12 feet away and have to really try to see. I don't have a problem with dish guides.

Antennaweb tells me I should get abc, cbs, wb and pbs and they usually come in. When I go into the signal strength meter they are never above the rain fade plateau. Sometimes they do not come in and the meter says below the first mark. Can I get an upgrade based on this situation?

Would this work to just hook one side of the aspen lnb to a dp34 switch to get dishnetwork channels off the same satellite? Are the two compatible? Would there be any negative issues about doing this? Thanks

I am getting a new install in a week or so and was wondering whuch satellites I need to see to get all the HD channels?
