    Adding folders to an external hard drive on a Hopper 3

    Has anyone been able to add folders to an external hard drive on a Hopper 3? I have tried through the options box but it won't work. All I get are new folders on the main drive but nothing on the external drive.

    Blank recordings

    I have S425 on an original hopper, last week I had 2 programs recorded that were completely black and no sound. Both recording were from local channels. Both before and after, I have had other normal recordings. Has anyone had this problem and is there a fix?
