Hey guys, Where can I find support for the DP AR Pro. I had this app on a Droid phone and it worked great. So, I got me an iPhone and ordered the app for it. It does not work and I either want some support or my money back. Anyone know how I can get some help?

Nope. Never seen it during playback of recordings. I swapped the HDMI cable with the one off my Blue Tooth player. Now we wait and see. It could be days before it does it again. Thanks again!

It freezes during live TV, but not during playback of recorded shows. On recorded shows, we have not had any issues. Most of the time, the freezing is just a perfect clear paused shot.

I do have a Joey, but I haven't hooked it up yet. We moved out of our sticks and bricks house and into our RV about 3 months ago. I need to run a cable to the bedroom to run the Joey and it hasn't been high on my priority list since we don't usually watch TV in bed.

Our Hopper is quite a few years old and lately, has been freezing. Typically, we can leave it alone and in a minute or two, the show will resume. One time, I had to hit the reset button. I'm thinking hard drive issues. What do y'all think?
